Vanguard has launched a new division focused on Advice & Wealth Management (AWM), reaffirming our commitment to advised and up-market investors. We are seeking a strategic marketing leader to unify and elevate our AWM marketing efforts under a single organization. In this position, you will be responsible for all AWM marketing activities, including managing a media budget exceeding $20 million. You'll be responsible for creating a marketing strategy that will be critical to achieving business and client goals. This will include leading cross-functional teams spanning operations, creative, and marketing technology and the development and execution of strategic enablement, events, and sales collateral, ensuring cohesive and effective marketing execution. You'll shape the next horizon of marketing strategy for AWM, deepen client relationships, and drive growth through innovative content and product distribution.
