About the position

This is a dynamic opportunity for a proactive and organized events professional to support a variety of virtual and in-person marketing events aimed at boosting brand visibility, engagement, and lead generation. Working closely with cross-functional teams, you’ll play a key role in coordinating logistics, managing vendor relationships, and supporting content creation to ensure each event runs smoothly and aligns with strategic goals. This is a remote, part-time contractor role—ideal for someone who thrives in fast-paced environments and is passionate about delivering impactful experiences.

Responsibilities

  • Support the end-to-end execution of marketing events, including conferences, webinars, and hospitality gatherings.
  • Manage hospitality logistics such as venue selection, catering coordination, and vendor relationships.
  • Collaborate with content and design teams to create event collateral, presentations, and promotional materials.
  • Maintain strong communication with internal teams and external partners to ensure alignment and successful event delivery.
  • Track travel budgets and work with internal stakeholders to manage expenses efficiently.
  • Partner with Sales and Customer Success teams to ensure event content supports overall business goals.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or equivalent work experience.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in event planning, marketing coordination, or a similar role—preferably within the tech or SaaS sector.
  • Strong project management skills and the ability to juggle multiple events simultaneously.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities to effectively manage stakeholders.
  • Problem-solving mindset with the ability to adapt quickly in fast-moving situations.
  • Familiarity with social media and digital marketing strategies.
  • Highly detail-oriented, organized, and proactive in approach.
  • A passion for creating memorable and engaging event experiences.
