About the position

As we continue to grow, we’re looking for a talented Marketing & Events Coordinator to join our dynamic team in Brunswick county and surrounding areas.
Responsibilities
- Research, identify, and secure consumer events and home shows within the assigned territory
- Negotiate and manage contracts with event vendors
- Build and maintain an annual calendar of shows and events
- Recruit, hire, train, and manage Event Demonstrators
- Schedule team members to work events effectively and efficiently
- Coordinate booth setup and tear-down logistics
- Generate leads and set appointments for free in-home consultations at events
- Collect contest entries and follow up to schedule consultations
- Track, analyze, and report on event results and ROI
Requirements
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Positive, energetic, and outgoing personality
- Excellent planning, time management, and organizational abilities
- Experience in coaching and motivating others
- Adaptability and focus in a fast-paced environment
- Willingness to work weekends and travel locally to events
- Physical ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 30 lbs
