About the position

The Brand Intern will help support the marketing team with daily tasks as it pertains to reporting, competitive analysis, social posts, content creation and other marketing activities. Reporting to the Assistant Brand Manager, the intern will assist in executing marketing plans that drive brand objectives and ensure all content aligns with brand strategy.

Responsibilities

  • Help execute Marketing plans that drive brand objectives.
  • Assist with social media and influencer content management.
  • Support the development, tracking and management of marketing initiatives.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional and agency partners to secure necessary approvals.
  • Assist with digital and shopper marketing.
  • Develop e-content.
  • Partner with the Shopper Excellence team on shopper marketing initiatives.
  • Work with Direct to Consumer (D2C) Manager for best practices and outages.
  • Manage updates to Kao Mall for Biore Brand.
  • Help with monthly analysis to track & report sales data.
  • Monitor and report Point of Sales trends, competitive activity, and category trends.
  • Research competitive propositions, copy, and pricing.
  • Understand competitive landscape and implications to the brand.
  • Identify data-driven recommendations to help accelerate growth.

Requirements

  • Currently enrolled in a Bachelors or Masters program.
  • Prior internships in the marketing field.
  • 1+ years marketing or data experience either in education or work experience.
