Assist in marketing and communications activities for assets within the Boston region portfolio.
Responsibilities
Assist Marketing Department with three to four projects, as assigned.
Research and develop programming and communication ideas to support activation goals at assigned property.
Assist in staffing and execution of planned events throughout the region; suggest enhancements.
Assist in creating content and messaging for social media platforms as assigned.
Support goal of consistency across regional properties for branding, signage and event execution.
Provide on-going support to marketing team as needed.
Requirements
Currently enrolled in a BA/BS degree program required.
Completion of freshman and sophomore years preferred.
One year of prior work experience preferred.
Basic computer skills, knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Adobe design programs preferred.
Experience with social media platforms including Twitter & Instagram required.
Ability to confidently and professionally interact with co-workers, vendors, community partners, office and retail tenants, and other clients in an articulate and courteous manner at all times.
