About the position

Zocdoc is building a world-class Marketing team and is looking for a Marketing Manager to create new marketing programs for the Enterprise business. This role involves defining strategy, executing campaigns, and measuring impact. The ideal candidate should have experience marketing to enterprise audiences and be enthusiastic about building successful programs from the ground up. The Marketing Manager will report to the head of Provider Marketing and collaborate closely with Sales and Product Marketing to align on goals and tactics, set up tracking and measurement, test various approaches, and manage daily operations of the marketing program.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute an end-to-end ABM strategy targeting key decision-makers and influencers to drive revenue at high-value accounts.
  • Work closely with the sales team to identify target accounts, develop account plans, and align on key objectives and KPIs.
  • Build and manage multi-channel ABM campaigns, including email, content marketing, events, direct mail, and digital advertising.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver campaign assets.
  • Create personalized account-specific messaging and content tailored to different personas and buying stages.
  • Establish measurable marketing outcomes, baseline metrics, tracking processes, and reporting cadences.
  • Leverage marketing technologies to track, measure, and optimize ABM campaign performance.
  • Conduct regular performance reviews of ABM initiatives, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
  • Stay updated on ABM trends and best practices, bringing innovative ideas to the table.

Requirements

  • 7+ years of experience managing enterprise marketing campaigns.
  • Strong understanding of enterprise sales cycles and account-based selling methodologies.
  • Proficiency with ABM tools (Demandbase) and marketing platforms (Salesforce, Marketo).
  • Proven ability to create and execute campaigns that influence pipeline and revenue.
  • Exceptional communication (verbal and written), project management, and collaboration skills.
  • Strong operational and analytical skills.
  • Data-driven mindset with experience analyzing campaign performance and ROI.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects autonomously in a high-growth environment.
