About the position

The Senior Manager, Partner Marketing - Data Partnerships will lead go-to-market efforts for one of Slalom's fastest-growing and most strategically important business areas. You'll be responsible for shaping and executing the marketing strategy for key partners like Snowflake and Databricks-driving visibility, pipeline, and growth across multiple channels. In this role, you'll bring deep experience navigating complex partner ecosystems and a proven ability to translate strategy into action. From messaging and positioning to campaign design and execution, you'll guide integrated marketing programs that deliver measurable results. You'll work closely with senior leaders across marketing, alliances, and sales to ensure every initiative is aligned to shared business goals and outcomes. This is a hands-on, high-impact role that requires both strategic vision and operational excellence.

Responsibilities

  • Develop a comprehensive 12-month marketing strategy for data partnerships in collaboration with leaders in marketing, alliances, and sales
  • Lead positioning, messaging, and go-to-market planning for key partners, including Snowflake and Databricks
  • Execute integrated marketing plans that drive business impact and are delivered on time and within budget
  • Manage partner marketing relationships, co-developing joint programs, securing funding, and launching external campaigns
  • Collaborate with go-to-market, client, people, and subject matter expert teams to build content, programs, and resources for internal and external audiences
  • Drive campaign and event planning that supports shared business objectives
  • Assess and prioritize incoming requests based on strategic alignment and potential outcomes
  • Leverage data to measure performance, optimize tactics, and apply a test-and-learn approach

Requirements

  • 12+ years of B2B marketing experience, with a strong focus on partner or ecosystem marketing
  • Experience working with data technology partners like Snowflake, Databricks, or similar platforms
  • Proven ability to lead and execute integrated marketing campaigns across paid, owned, and earned channels
  • Experience managing MDF and co-marketing efforts with partner stakeholders
  • Deep understanding of B2B marketing strategy, performance measurement, and stakeholder alignment
  • Strong communicator with the ability to influence across all levels
  • Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment
  • Familiarity with marketing automation tools (Salesforce and Pardot preferred)
  • A learner's mindset, with curiosity, resilience, and adaptability
  • Strong writing, presentation, and collaboration skills
