About the position

F1 Arcade is seeking a Marketing Manager to lead all marketing efforts for our Las Vegas venue. This role blends strategic thinking with local execution, driving brand awareness, guest engagement, and revenue through immersive campaigns and dynamic partnerships. The ideal candidate will have deep knowledge of the Las Vegas market, its media landscape, event circuit, and cultural scene. You will work closely with the to amplify internal programming, watch parties, tournaments, and large-scale activations. You'll own the end-to-end marketing strategy for the venue and play a key role in shaping how F1 Arcade shows up across Las Vegas.

Responsibilities

  • Act as the Las Vegas market expert, offering insights on audience trends, seasonal behaviors, and competitive positioning.
  • Build and execute localized, integrated marketing plans that balance digital, traditional, and grassroots tactics.
  • Partner with the HQ Marketing team to deliver omnichannel campaigns that meet national and local goals.
  • Collaborate with the Event Manager to promote internal programs and major event moments (e.g., Grand Prix Week, influencer nights, holiday activations).
  • Lead promotional strategies for ticketed events, managing content, calendars, signage, and campaign logistics.
  • Track event performance and report post-activation reporting and insights to HQ.
  • Develop strategic partnerships with online travel agents, non-profits, sports teams, media, and local businesses to fuel awareness and engagement.
  • Serve as the point of contact for sponsorships, donation requests, and co-marketing collaborations.
  • Plan and execute efficient media buys across radio, OOH, and local publications.
  • Manage relationships with local media reps to maximize placements and secure bonus opportunities.
  • Oversee all advertising placements including in-venue signage, event listings, and third-party sponsorships.
  • Launch and manage affiliate marketing efforts to drive traffic and bookings through partner and influencer channels.
  • Work with Social Content team to create and collect Las Vegas-focused content that reflects the brand's tone and energy.
  • Manage local creators, influencers, and videographers to produce high-impact UGC and promotional content.
  • Align closely with HQ departments to ensure local campaigns meet brand and performance expectations.
  • Represent Las Vegas marketing in weekly planning and performance reviews.
  • Monitor and report on KPIs including revenue, footfall, and campaign ROI.
  • Maintain a real-time marketing calendar of campaigns, promotions, and activations.

Requirements

  • 5-8+ years in marketing, with experience in experiential, venue, or event marketing.
  • Expertise in the Las Vegas market and its cultural, hospitality, and media ecosystems.
  • Strong background in local media buying and advertising.
  • Experience managing affiliate marketing or performance-driven partner programs.
  • Excellent project management, communication, and organizational skills.
  • A strong network of local media, influencers, and community partners is a major plus.
