About the position

The Marketing Manager will work alongside the Director of Marketing. This position is responsible for helping to oversee various aspects of strategic marketing, programming & activations, creative development (e.g., photoshoots, collateral, etc.), PR & promotions-liaising with all property departments to ensure optimal results.

Responsibilities

  • Photoshoot coordination/production (scouting/walk-throughs, load-in/out, post-production, distribution of final selects/files, etc.)
  • Management of all property photography & video assets/library
  • Update and maintain press library and ensure always up-to-date and current
  • Assistance coordinating Media/PR and Influencer visits (for both hotel and venues)
  • Website updates -brand and third party (Yelp, Google, etc.)
  • Activations & Programming support & coordination-pre-event prep, ordering materials, invites/RSVP tracking, licensing, updating websites, production of signage & posting, ensuring all parties are prepped, in-person management of programs/events, etc.
  • Promotions-assist in development and the tactical execution of all components of promos/packages to ensure optimal revenue and success
  • Signage & Collateral - assist in creative development, production, securing of approvals, posting & tracking/updating to ensure current/relevant
  • F&B Marketing support (menu production, special events, timelines/schedule management, monitor for relevancy, etc.)
  • Create and develop presentations using PowerPoint/Keynote
  • Partnership/Collaboration/Sponsorship assistance, outreach and tracking
  • Budgets & Billing
  • Barter budget tracking
  • Programming, Photoshoot & Media budget tracking
  • Assist with Estimates, Purchase Orders, Invoice Processing, Tracking, etc.
  • Assistance with general administration (accounting, office supplies, meeting room requests, gifts, amenities, inventory, etc.)
  • Manage, track and prioritize miscellaneous requests
  • Maintain company standards throughout all marketing procedures

Requirements

  • Ability to read, comprehend and carry out instructions according to established procedures
  • Fluent in the English language
  • Strong Leadership and communication skills
  • Strong managerial skills
  • Compute accurate mathematical calculations
  • Fluency in English both verbally and non-verbally
  • Familiarity with statistical reports
  • Experience in strategic planning and execution
  • Knowledge of contracting, negotiating, and change management
  • Knowledge of structuring sales quota goals and revenue expectations
  • Experience in planning marketing strategies, advertising campaigns, and successful public relations efforts
  • Professional written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to motivate teams to produce quality materials within tight timeframes and simultaneously manage several projects
  • Ability to participate in and facilitate group meetings
