About the position

The Marketing Manager will lead all aspects of our marketing efforts across brand positioning, demand generation, content strategy, communications, and sales enablement. The Marketing Manager will report directly to the Head of Sales and Account Management and will manage key agency partners and a small internal team. This is a highly strategic but hands-on role that will collaborate closely with senior leadership throughout the organization.

Responsibilities

  • Create and implement segment-based marketing strategies focused on lead generation and pipeline creation.
  • Plan, execute, and optimize multi-channel marketing campaigns (email, social media, PPC, SEO, content marketing) to drive traffic and conversions.
  • Leverage outside creative resources to develop content such as white papers, 1-pagers, sales presentations, case studies, etc.
  • Support tradeshow activities – swag, logistics, pre-show awareness, coordinating on-site activities.
  • Protect and improve how the brand is perceived by customers and prospects – oversee Espri’s website and media strategy.
  • Monitor, analyze, and report on campaign performance, adjusting strategies based on data-driven insights.
  • Work closely with sales and services teams to align marketing efforts with business goals and ensure smooth lead handoff.
  • Oversee the digital marketing budget and allocate resources across channels and tools to effectively maximize ROI.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field
  • 4+ years of work experience
  • Extensive knowledge of modern B2B marketing tactics (e.g., Account Based Marketing)
  • Strong skills in content strategy, digital marketing, and campaign execution
  • Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms (e.g., Pardot/Salesforce Account Engagement, Google Analytics, SEO tools, social media platforms)
