The Marketing Manager will be responsible for planning, organizing, and managing the Bank's marketing and advertising functions in support of the Bank's strategic goals. This includes managing the development of marketing concepts, objectives, materials, advertisements, programs, and other special events in alignment with the Bank's overall strategic plans. The role supports the growth and optimization of traditional marketing channels, including direct mail, TV/OTT, radio, out of home (OOH), print advertising, collateral, and other media. The Marketing Manager will oversee overall campaign management, maintain and enforce the Bank's brand standards, serve as a contact for advertising, and certain business development activities that promote the spirit, philosophy, dedication, and general direction of the Bank. Additionally, the role involves sourcing and using data-driven analysis to develop strategic marketing direction and measure the success of marketing efforts.
