About the position

The Marketing Specialist manages and executes one or more of CRB’s marketing efforts including sales services, thought leadership, business development support, account management, client loyalty programs, search engine optimization (SEO), public relations/media, internal communication, web design, content creation, demand and lead generation, proposal management, event planning and client experience and data integrity and analytics in the Architecture/Engineering/Construction (A/E/C) industry. Contributes to company marketing strategy, creating content and managing special initiatives.

Responsibilities

  • Manage and execute one or more of CRB’s marketing efforts including sales services, thought leadership, business development support, account management, client loyalty programs, search engine optimization (SEO), public relations/media, internal communication, web design, content creation, demand and lead generation, proposal management, event planning and client experience and data integrity and analytics in the Architecture/Engineering/Construction (A/E/C) industry.
  • Contribute to company marketing strategy, creating content and managing special initiatives.
  • May focus primarily on one or several of these areas and have a secondary focus on others which may evolve as business needs require.
  • Manage cross-company marketing projects with multi-discipline participants.
  • Ensure quality deliverables within agreed timelines and ensures that company brand and policies are followed.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Journalism, Communication or equivalent experience.
  • Minimum of six years of related experience.

Nice-to-haves

  • Track record of success creating content for complex solicitations above $20M.
  • Excellent verbal and written communications skills.
  • Advanced graphics, document layout, editing and quality assurance skills.
  • Understanding of standard style guidelines.
  • Strong project management skills.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal guidance and experience with providing direction to team members.
  • Experience leading strategy and providing structure for deliverables that focus on clients’ expressed needs.
  • Experience facilitating meetings and managing document iterations.
  • Ability to inspire teams to meet internal deadlines.
  • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, SharePoint, InDesign, Deltek Vision or equivalent; Office 365, marketing automation, SEO and data analytics experience preferred.
  • Skilled at designing and executing complex marketing initiatives, strategic opportunity campaigns and managing diverse teams.
  • Skilled at working with technical project teams.
