About the position

The Marketing Operations Specialist will play a critical role in managing and optimizing our marketing tech stack, driving campaign execution, and ensuring clean, actionable data flows across systems. You will be the go-to expert on our marketing systems, supporting demand generation, lifecycle marketing, and sales enablement through operational excellence.

Responsibilities

  • Manage and optimize campaigns in Pardot, including email programs, lead nurturing, and automated workflows
  • Ensure tight integration between Pardot and Salesforce, maintain data hygiene, and support lead routing, scoring, and attribution
  • Use a variety of tools to track web behavior, campaign performance, and lead source attribution
  • Support campaign setup and execution, including landing pages, forms, tracking, and reporting
  • Build and maintain dashboards and reports for marketing performance, funnel analysis, and pipeline attribution
  • Work closely with Sales, Commercial Operations, and the larger marketing team to align systems and processes across the go-to-market motion
  • Own and maintain the marketing technology stack; evaluate and onboard new tools as needed

Requirements

  • 3–5 years of experience in B2B marketing operations, preferably in SaaS or DaaS companies
  • Proven expertise with Salesforce, Pardot (Marketing Cloud Account Engagement), Google Analytics, and Google Tag Manager
  • Strong understanding of marketing and sales funnels, lead lifecycle management, and marketing attribution
  • Analytical mindset with attention to detail and proficiency in pulling insights from data
  • Experience with data hygiene, segmentation, and A/B testing
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills

Nice-to-haves

  • Experience with additional tools like Clay, ABM platforms, or marketing performance platforms
  • Basic HTML or CSS for email and landing page edits
  • Familiarity with B2B buyer journeys and account-based marketing (ABM)
