Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or 5+ years as an experienced Marketer with a track record of proven success.
  • 5+ years in marketing operations or project management, with a preference for financial services.
  • Proven leadership skills and expertise in analytics and compliance.
  • Client-first passion with standout communication and organizational skills.

Nice-to-haves

  • Experience with Marketing Tech tools like HubSpot or Salesforce, design tools and journey management software.
  • Developing Insights and analytics and AI operationalization.
  • Experience in banking or regulated environments.
