About the position

The Marketing Operations Manager will lead the optimization of marketing systems, processes, and data to drive efficiency and performance. This role ensures alignment across marketing, sales, and RevOps while supporting the company's growth goals. The ideal candidate combines strategic thinking with hands-on execution.

Responsibilities

  • Set priorities and manage KPIs to measure and improve marketing operations performance.
  • Advise marketing leadership on strategy improvements using data-driven insights.
  • Align marketing operations with company revenue and growth objectives.
  • Manage the marketing tech stack, including CRM, MAP, and analytics platforms, to ensure teams use tools effectively to meet business goals, while establishing best practices and monitoring performance.
  • Become a subject matter expert on the Integrator.io to integrate and automate workflows, tools and data.
  • Ensure systems deliver consistent, accurate data and optimize workflows to reduce manual efforts and improve overall team productivity.
  • Build scalable workflows for campaign creation, execution, measurement, and optimization.
  • Collaborate with BDRs and sales teams to refine lead scoring, routing, and SLAs for handoffs.
  • Monitor and improve funnel conversion rates through continuous optimization.
  • Maintain data integrity and compliance (e.g., GDPR, CCPA) across systems.
  • Develop dashboards to track performance, ROI, and cost-per-new-name-acquired metrics.
  • Deliver actionable insights to improve campaign and channel effectiveness.
  • Manage audience lists and segmentation strategies to ensure the right messages reach the right audiences, maximizing engagement and conversion rates.
  • Streamline workflows, eliminate inefficiencies, and document SOPs.
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to support program success and alignment.
  • Ensure collaboration with external vendors and agencies as needed.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Economics, or related field
  • 5+ years of experience in marketing analytics or a similar role
  • Proven experience with sales, marketing and analytics tools (e.g., Hubspot, Salesforce, Thoughtspot)
  • Knowledge of digital marketing channels and advertising platforms
  • Experience with A/B testing and experimentation
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to translate data into actionable insights
