We are seeking a dynamic, innovative, and results-driven Marketing Product & Segment Specialist to lead marketing and promotional campaigns for high school and military audiences across the Tulsa Welding School (TWS) and The Refrigeration School (RSI) brands. This role is critical in developing and executing tailored marketing strategies to engage high school students, educators, parents/guardians, and military personnel transitioning to civilian careers. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of Gen Z behaviors, digital and social media trends, and experience creating compelling content and campaigns to resonate with younger audiences. Additionally, the candidate should be adept at creating materials and campaigns for military audiences, including veterans and active-duty personnel preparing for civilian life. This position works closely with the national High School and Military Admissions teams and reports to the marketing team, while supporting specific initiatives for these key audience segments.
