About the position

Condé Nast is seeking a Marketing & Production Manager for Vogue Shopping, a digital affiliate business that curates editor-approved fashion. This role involves managing the production of Shopping content, maintaining and growing a newsletter business, and overseeing various marketing channels. The ideal candidate will be a quick learner, comfortable with software, and able to work from an editorial calendar in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities include managing production flow, collaborating with the technology team, and evolving the storefront model to enhance user experience and engagement.

Responsibilities

  • Build overarching content distribution strategy for Vogue Shopping's owned channels including site, newsletter, social, and external collaborators.
  • Manage Vogue Shopping's production workflow, scaling production resources to meet strategic publishing goals.
  • Evolve and grow Vogue Shopping's 'storefront' model focusing on improved experience, engagement, and technology enhancements.
  • Oversee overall content production schedule to meet deadlines and quality assurance.
  • Collaborate with Vogue Shopping's design team on the building and development of visuals for newsletters.
  • Plan, build, and deploy Vogue Shopping's newsletter and measure performance to guide future strategy.
  • Manage content flow of Apple News & Social ensuring alignment with all content activations.
  • Work directly with Commerce product team to inform and evolve product creation enhancements.
  • Collaborate with Commerce Analytics team to improve channel and category reporting.
  • Create and maintain production workflow guides, calendars, manuals, and process documentation.
  • Management of an Associate Producer.

Requirements

  • Minimum 2-3 years of experience in consumer marketing and growth channels.
  • Solid understanding of editorial and content strategy.
  • Proficient in CMS systems.
  • Articulate in core KPIs and analytics.
  • Proven experience collaborating with product and technology teams/providers.
