Responsibilities

• Oversees field and corporate multimedia marketing projects to generate leads, visits, and move-ins.
• Manages hyperlocal community and corporate creative projects including digital, social media, video, print, collateral (flyers, brochures, etc.), emails, direct mail, photo shoots, signage, and more.
• Guides Brookdale's creative services team to develop creative media that performs against set objectives (driving move-ins, brand awareness, familiarity, and more).
• Manages workflow processes and oversees projects within the digital marketing and sales hub.
• Develops custom community media plans; creating advertising placements based on overall marketing best practices as well as creative messaging strategy.
• Partners with internal cross-functional teams and agencies to understand goals and key performance metrics; responsible for ongoing education of marketing best practices and trends.
• Abides by media budget estimates to ensure projects are both cost-effective and within budget.
• Focuses on maintaining superior customer service levels, operational excellence, and strategic insight.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, Sales or other related field preferred.
• Minimum two years' experience required. Additional years of relevant experience can be substituted for the education requirement on a year for year basis.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.
