This position reports to the Vice President - Pursuit Management. The Marketing Proposal Coordinator II plays a key role in the development of the firm's proposals, prequalification's and statements of qualification. The Marketing Proposal Coordinator II will work with other offices in the development of these documents.
Typical Duties and Responsibilities:
* Represents Marketing as a key member in Pursuit Management/Capture Plan process
* Coordinates the preparation and submission of proposals and qualification packages for project opportunities, including: coordination of information, developing qualification content, editing, proofreading, and final production
* Develops proposal outlines and layouts
* Works with the Communication Group in the development of graphics for proposal projects
* Works with Pursuit Managers and technical staff to ensure all required content and materials are included for compliancy
* Assists with selection of key projects and staff resumes for proposal projects
* Sets proposal scheduling and tracks deliverables
* Coordinates needed materials with subconsultants
* Works with the Pursuit Team to develop shortlist interviews and presentations
* Assists with tracking of RFP/RFQ opportunities. Monitors websites, publications, and news sources for project advertisements and solicitations
* Maintains the professional resumes of employees
* Develops project sheets
* Maintains marketing information within the Deltek Vision database and assigns promotional numbers for tracking
* Relocation is available
The base salary will be estimated between $70,000 - $80,000 plus bonuses and benefits and contingent on relevant experience.

Qualifications
Education and/or Experience:
* Bachelor's Degree in Marketing or Communications.
* 3+ years of experience, A/E/C industry preferred
* Strong multitasking, organizational and analytical abilities to define problems, collect data, evaluate facts, and draw valid conclusions.
* Ability to manage and meet multiple deadlines in a timely manner
