Our In-House Marketing Representative entails generating leads and booking qualified timeshare sales presentations for prospective Hilton Grand Vacations Owners, Club Members, and other qualified customers. You will also provide both customer and concierge services to all guests projecting a professional company image. Directly responsible for completing the process of booking eligible tours and the sale of mini-vacation packages to HGVC resorts, which will produce potential revenue! This person responds to guest requests in a timely manner and represents HGVC in a professional manner.

Responsibilities

  • Pro-actively pursues all eligible guests who are not owners of Hilton Grand Vacations to preview with us through direct booking of tours or upon purchase of a mini-vacation package.
  • Ensure guests meet minimum eligibility for gifts as provided or promotes a courtesy tour.
  • Execute on batch messages to guest rooms at designated location at the start of each work shifts.
  • Collect tour deposits and completes required paperwork accurately and completely for each tour with Reservations.
  • Provide Guest information to Reservations for wake up calls and tour reservations confirmations.
  • Provides location and customer related guest service to hotel guests and visitors, including directing guests to responsible hotel services for specific hotel information.
  • Distributes only HGVC authorized information, collateral and materials. Maintains location-operating standards.
  • Reviews production reports and notifies manager in writing of any challenges within the month the tour shows or package is sold.
  • Follow gifting list procedures to ensure costs are met monthly.
  • Gives only one welcome gift per family.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule including weekends and holidays
  • Computer proficient
