About the position

Ramsey Solutions is seeking a Consumer Insights professional to lead end-to-end research projects, partnering with business units to deliver high-impact insights. The role involves managing a high-volume research request pipeline, designing and executing quantitative and qualitative studies, and presenting findings in a compelling manner. The position is based on-site in Franklin, TN, with flexible schedules available.

Responsibilities

  • Lead end-to-end research projects—from stakeholder kickoff through survey design, fielding, analysis, and final presentation.
  • Partner directly with business units to understand their goals and design research that delivers high-impact, decision-driving insights.
  • Manage a high-volume research request pipeline, prioritizing projects based on business value, resourcing, and strategic alignment.
  • Design and execute quantitative and qualitative studies using tools like Qualtrics, and support experimentation (e.g., A/B tests) as needed.
  • Present research findings through compelling storytelling, turning data into clear, actionable recommendations.
  • Collaborate closely with teammates on survey design, analysis, peer reviews, and joint presentations.
  • Mentor junior researchers and contribute to a collaborative, feedback-rich team culture.
  • Help build foundational team infrastructure, including a research participant panel and a transparent project management system (e.g., Airtable timelines).

Requirements

  • 4+ years of experience in quantitative research.
  • Hands-on skills in survey platforms like Qualtrics or similar tools.
  • Ability to write strong surveys, analyze data statistically, and synthesize insights that drive action.
  • Experience leading user interviews, moderating focus groups, or supporting A/B testing and experimentation.
  • Strong communication skills to translate findings into compelling stories.
  • Comfortable managing competing priorities and coordinating with cross-functional partners.

Nice-to-haves

  • Experience with Optimizely for A/B testing.
  • Experience in mentoring junior team members.
