About the position

Responsible for encouraging sales and creating goodwill for firm's products or services among customers or prospects, and supporting a broad range of marketing activities. Assists in development, design, and implementation of new business processes and systems. Assists planning and facilitating departmental meetings, key events and special projects. Administers and coordinates various marketing initiatives in support of organization marketing strategy and implementation.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinates the execution of various marketing communications vehicles including print ads, direct mail, digital advertising, and collateral material.
  • Administers vendor invoice approval and budget tracking.
  • Assists with coordinating activities of vendors as they relate to the creation and fulfillment of the marketing initiatives.
  • Ensures compliance with regulatory requirements for covered products; delivers various communications, including emails, reports, and presentations.
  • Coordinates the distribution of departmental communications in partnership with the leadership team; researches and evaluates new technology solutions for assigned projects.
  • Budgets oversight, including the tracking of departmental expenses.
  • Develops, implements, and tracks marketing programs such as email, social media, or digital campaigns, and events.
  • Collaborate with other internal teams (e.g. product and sales) to develop and monitor strategic marketing initiatives.
  • Analyzes and reports on the performance and efficiency of campaigns.
  • Operates under general guidance and work assignments are varied and require interpretation and independent decisions on course of action.
  • Performs other related duties as assigned.
