In this high-impact role, you will lead the vision, strategy, and roadmap for our CRM and Growth Marketing capabilities, driving deeper engagement with our clients through personalized communication, retention journeys, marketing acquisition and lifecycle marketing. As a Product Manager, you’ll operate at the intersection of Marketing, Data Science, and Engineering to elevate our CRM and broader MarTech platforms into best-in-class systems that scale with our business. You'll ensure we’re leveraging the right channels, at the right moments, with the right messages to deepen our relationships with millions of clients—while also managing system performance, governance, and vendor partnerships.
