About the position

The MarTech Specialist will be responsible for bridging the Marketing and Technology teams, leveraging technology to enhance marketing efforts at both the League and Club levels. They will be responsible for supporting clubs with their marketing technology needs, managing and optimizing marketing technology platforms, ensuring seamless integrations with other systems and enhancing the Club Marketing teams’ ability to achieve success.

Responsibilities

  • Address Marketing Technology needs of the League and our Clubs
  • Manage marketing tools and technologies, such as CRM, email marketing platforms, and content management systems (CMS)
  • Ensure all marketing technologies are integrated and functioning efficiently to support marketing campaigns and objectives
  • Build and maintain strong relationships across multiple levels within organization and with our Clubs and partners
  • Prioritize incoming requests from all Clubs and League departments, and successfully manage timelines and launches
  • Contribute to the development of best practices, policies, and guidelines
  • Work directly with our Clubs to support their digital efforts

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree required
  • 3+ years of experience required
  • Deep understanding of Cookies/Pixels/Tags and Cookie Consent Technologies such as OneTrust
  • Experience and understanding of Tag Management solutions such as Google/Adobe Tag Manager
  • Deep understanding of Web Analytics solutions such as GA4, Adobe Analytics
  • Broad MarTech & AdTech experience
  • Deep understanding of Google Ads platforms to support our digital Ads business
  • High-level of commitment to a quality work product and organizational ethics, integrity and compliance
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast paced, team environment
  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to effectively communicate, both verbally and in writing
  • Demonstrated decision making and problem-solving skills
  • High attention to detail with the ability to multi-task and meet deadlines with minimal supervision
  • Proficiency in Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook
