  • Collaborate with Product Management, Engineering, Field, and cross-functional teams to drive strategic initiatives, including product lifecycle management and go-to-market strategies.
  • Tackle complex business challenges by structuring problems, conducting data analyses, and synthesizing insights from customer feedback, product usage metrics, and partner inputs to inform product and engineering decisions.
  • Build and maintain the foundation for enterprise-level analytics and reporting, leveraging Databricks products and AI tools to unlock deep insights.
  • Identify operational inefficiencies and lead process improvement initiatives to optimize workflows, reduce costs, and enable scalability across teams.
  • Deepen your understanding of enterprise software business challenges and develop new skills that will support your career growth at Databricks and beyond.

Requirements

  • You will graduate in Spring 2026 from an MBA program.
  • You have 3-5 years of previous professional experience in management consulting, investment banking, strategy, operations, business analysis, or related fields.
  • You demonstrate an advanced ability to define and break down ambiguous and complex business problems with limited guidance.
  • You are an excellent communicator (written and oral), with an ability to synthesize complex information into clear, insightful takeaways and action-oriented recommendations.
  • You put the team before yourself and are willing to get hands-on, no matter how small the task.
  • Strong SQL expertise is required.

Nice-to-haves

  • Previous experience in enterprise software preferred.
  • Preferred: experience using AI/ML to develop and implement data-driven solutions.
