Requirements

• Minimum 5 years’ experience as a Chef, ideally in multi-unit or high-volume operations.
• Extensive culinary knowledge – from ingredients to preparation techniques.
• Strong technical skills and hands-on leadership style.
• Exceptional organizational skills, with a proven track record in cost control.
• Excellent communication skills at all organizational levels.
• Conflict resolution skills and the ability to manage change effectively.
• Flexible availability to meet the needs of a dynamic restaurant environment.
