About the position

This position is for a Physician in the specialty of General Surgery, requiring a Doctor of Medicine or Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine degree from an accredited institution. The role involves providing direct clinical services and requires a current, unrestricted medical license. Candidates must have completed at least one year of supervised clinical experience, such as an internship or the first year of a residency program. The position is open for applications from 2/10/2025 to 1/31/2026.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct clinical services in the specialty of General Surgery.
• Supervise and train medical interns and residents.
• Maintain current medical licensure and board certification.
• Participate in continuing education and professional development.

Requirements

• Doctor of Medicine or Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine degree from an accredited institution.
• Current, active, full, and unrestricted medical license.
• At least 1 year of supervised clinical experience.
• 5 years of graduate training in the specialty of General Surgery or equivalent experience.

Nice-to-haves

• Board Certified in the specialty of General Surgery.
• Residency Diploma/Certificate from an accredited residency program completed within the past three years.
• Active pursuit of Board Certification if more than three years have passed since residency completion.
