Responsibilities

  • Conduct thorough physical assessments and medical histories for patients.
  • Diagnose and treat acute and chronic illnesses in patients of all ages.
  • Prescribe medications and develop treatment plans tailored to individual patient needs.
  • Educate patients and their families on health maintenance, disease prevention, and management of medical conditions.
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to provide comprehensive patient care.
  • Perform minor procedures and interventions as necessary and within the scope of practice.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient documentation and medical records.

Requirements

  • Master's degree in Nursing from an accredited program.
  • Current Nurse Practitioner certification and state licensure to practice.
  • Minimum of 2 years of clinical experience, preferably in a primary care setting.
  • Strong knowledge of chronic and acute care management.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with patients and team members.
  • Proficiency in electronic health records (EHR) systems and technology.
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a dynamic environment.
