We take pride in our commitment to excellence and customer satisfaction. As we continue to grow, we’re seeking a responsible, self-motivated and passionate individual to join our team. We’re looking for a detail-oriented and driven Operational Marketing Specialist to take ownership of our HubSpot marketing automation, CRM integrations, and performance reporting to create efficient, automated processes that generate qualified leads to accelerate growth. This role is ideal for someone who loves building scalable workflows, optimizing the customer journey, and using data to improve marketing ROI. We are seeking a self-starter who can work independently with minimal direction while managing multiple priorities. This is a full-time, hybrid position working out of the Palatine, IL office 2 days a week and remotely, if desired, the remaining 3 days.

Responsibilities

  • Own HubSpot marketing automation — design, build, and maintain workflows, lead scoring models, and lifecycle stages.
  • Align marketing efforts with sales goals and ensure CRM integration.
  • Develop and execute multi-step email nurture campaigns for specific audiences and buyer journeys.
  • Create and manage HubSpot dashboards, attribution reporting, and analytics to track campaign performance and ROI.
  • Plan and execute digital campaigns across email, social media, and web.
  • Maintain brand consistency in voice, tone, and visuals across all channels.
  • Leverage AI tools to enhance campaign efficiency and targeting.
  • Optimize the customer journey by identifying friction points and personalizing touchpoints.
  • Gather and apply customer feedback to improve campaign relevance and experience.
  • Manage trade show logistics, promotional materials, and branded assets to ensure digital and in-person campaigns are aligned.
  • Support development of sales collateral such as case studies and presentations.
  • Deliver measurable results: increased lead conversion, improved sales alignment, and a strong brand presence.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of hands-on CRM Marketing Hub experience (automation workflows, segmentation, reporting, and lead scoring).
  • Proven track record in email marketing automation — building, testing, and optimizing nurture campaigns.
  • Proficiency in marketing analytics and the ability to turn data into actionable recommendations.
  • Excellent project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.
  • Strong time management and attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Creative problem-solving and prioritization abilities.
  • Ability to lead projects and meet deadlines.
  • Reliable transportation.
  • Must be located within approximately a one-hour driving distance from our Palatine office.
  • A dedicated, distraction-free home workspace is required when utilizing remote work options, ensuring productivity and alignment with company performance expectations.
  • Must pass a drug screening and relevant background checks.
  • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States.
