About the position

We’re looking for a dynamic, upbeat, people-oriented team member to bring warm and welcoming energy to our office! Alongside the many other facets of this role, this person will take the lead in greeting clients, visitors, and partners from our front desk—ensuring every first impression reflects our warmth, professionalism, and brand. This person will also play a key part in supporting day-to-day operations and project coordination to keep things running smoothly behind the scenes. Additionally, you’ll flex your creative muscles by contributing to our marketing efforts—helping promote exciting taste test opportunities, build brand awareness, and grow our participant database through engaging content and campaigns. Responsibilities

  • Serve as the welcoming face of our organization at the front desk/reception area.
  • Create and manage shift schedules for part-time field staff using the Connecteam app.
  • Coordinate project scheduling by maintaining timely updates for the Consumer Testing Calendar.
  • Ensure a seamless client experience, including account creation and technical support.
  • Track, assess, analyze, and update the project tracker to align with workload and budgets.
  • Support the Operations Director with office needs, procurement, and assistance for part-time staff.
  • Manage Tasteocracy’s social media presence and marketing automation.
  • Create engaging content for marketing campaigns and track performance using analytics.
  • Collaborate with the recruiting team to develop marketing plans for taste tests.
  • Recruit and inform internal participants for Tasteocracy through various marketing channels.

Requirements

  • A college degree or Associate’s degree in Business, Communication Studies, Marketing, Journalism, or a related field.
  • Relevant work or internship experience related to marketing, operational support, or coordination.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and Apple products.
  • Familiarity with email marketing platforms (e.g., Dot Digital, Mailchimp, Constant Contact).
  • Experience with design tools such as Canva or other graphic design software.
  • Strong skills in analysis and spreadsheet software, particularly Excel.

Nice-to-haves

  • Familiarity with marketing and operations platforms like Facebook Ads, Loomly, Microsoft 365, Salesforce, and Adobe.
  • Quick to learn new tools, technologies, and workflows.

Benefits

  • Full-time onsite work model.
  • Standard business hours (7:30 am-5:30 pm range).
  • Annual salary of $50,000.
