About the position

One of our companies is currently looking for a Paid Search Marketing Specialist in Woodland Hills, CA. In this role, you will manage branded and non-branded search campaigns for a variety of health-related products. You will optimize paid search ROI, refine the connection between marketing funnels and paid search landing pages, and analyze user behavior to improve campaign performance. Your insights will help the company understand customer journeys and strengthen marketing strategies, driving long-term success.

Responsibilities

  • Optimize and manage keywords and bid strategies within Google AdWords for multiple products across various health-related verticals.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Customer Acquisition, IT, Video Editing, and Design, to recommend and implement improvements based on test results.
  • Develop and execute conversion rate optimization strategies, using both qualitative and quantitative data to continuously improve performance.
  • Monitor and analyze search performance across all channels, setting benchmarks for success and identifying opportunities for revenue growth.
  • Serve as a content expert by reviewing new content initiatives and ensuring they align with campaign objectives.
  • Stay updated on search engine marketing trends and innovations, pioneering new strategies to achieve marketing goals.
  • Act as a liaison between customer acquisition funnels and search strategy to improve overall search performance.

Requirements

  • 2-4 years of experience in digital marketing, specializing in search engine marketing.
  • Strong analytical skills, with the ability to derive actionable insights from data.
  • Proven track record of managing multiple projects simultaneously and driving results.
  • High competency in Excel/Google Sheets, and experience with Tableau is preferred.
  • Experience in driving A/B tests and optimizing paid search campaigns.
  • Familiarity with cloud-based CRM solutions (Salesforce, HubSpot, etc.) is a plus.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage diverse audiences effectively.
  • Curiosity and adaptability to try different strategies and quickly grasp new technologies.
