The Part-Time Marketing Associate position offers flexible work opportunities for students, allowing them to earn money while staying active. The role involves outdoor work, including distributing door hangers and participating in a mascot role to boost brand awareness. The job is designed to fit around a student's schedule, providing the freedom to set their own hours as long as they meet weekly goals.

Responsibilities

• Walk through designated neighborhoods to distribute door hangers and track progress with the SimpleCrew app.
• Distribute at least 1,000 door hangers per week (Friday-Thursday).
• Boost brand awareness by wearing a fun mascot costume and waving at high-traffic areas (minimum 2-4 hours per week, with the option for more).
• Work independently and set your own hours as long as you meet weekly goals.

Requirements

• Reliable transportation to get to assigned neighborhoods.
• Self-motivation to meet weekly goals independently.
• Physical stamina to walk for a few hours at a time.
• Comfort in a mascot costume with an energetic, friendly attitude.
• A smartphone to log progress in the SimpleCrew app.
• At least 18 years old.
• Understanding of 1099 contractor status and responsibility for own taxes.
