As a Famous Footwear Sales Associate, you are passionate about providing the best shoe store experience for every customer. Responsibilities
- Ensure daily store tasks (pricing, shipment processing, fulfillment and inventory) are dialed in, keeping the store running smoothly.
- Champion the Famous culture by providing stellar customer engagement.
- Review store performance and drive sales to achieve goals.
- Act with integrity by adhering to company policies and seeking feedback for improvement.
- Maintain a positive and proactive mindset, supporting teammates and fostering inclusivity.
- Assist customers in finding the perfect shoe styles.
Requirements
- High School Diploma/GED.
- Ability to build constructive relationships within the store.
- Demonstrates positive communication with store associates at all levels.
- Must exercise independent judgment and discretion.
- Strong working knowledge of general retail practices and procedures.
- Ability to work effectively within a team.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule including holidays, nights, weekends, and extended hours.
