On Location is seeking an experienced and highly analytical Performance Marketing Manager to drive paid acquisition campaigns in support of the FIFA World Cup 26™ Official Hospitality. This role is responsible for developing and executing performance marketing strategies across Paid Search and Paid Social to maximize revenue, fan engagement, and brand awareness. Reporting to the Sr. Manager, Paid Media & Performance Marketing, you will collaborate with marketing, creative, and analytics teams to optimize return on ad spend (ROAS) and efficiently allocate media budgets across multiple regions. This role requires a data-driven mindset, expertise in audience segmentation, and experience managing high-profile marketing campaigns.
