The role includes conducting professional patient interviews, triaging phone calls, and gathering accurate demographic, biographical, and insurance information. This position performs patient registration and scheduling in an efficient, accurate, and timely manner. It serves as a primary point of contact via phone for care team members and patients, entering all necessary information into the Parkview Health scheduling system and ensuring data integrity across all systems used. The role also involves securing and identifying required medical records to ensure availability for hospital staff and aligning patients with appropriate services based on their diagnosis.
