About the position

We are seeking an accomplished Platform Solutions Marketer for Kyndryl Bridge, our AI powered open integration platform. The candidate will craft and advance strategic narrative, position the platform with target audiences, and partner with business and technology leaders and delivery to influence platform strategy, roadmaps, and ensure meaningful user experiences across the productized elements. This is a strategic and visible leadership role, shaping how Kyndryl articulates and demonstrates the business value of Kyndryl Bridge as a platform that accelerates enterprise transformation.

Responsibilities

  • Build on and advance a compelling, differentiated platform narrative that highlights the holistic, interconnected value of the entire platform and its elements.
  • Translate technical capabilities into tangible business outcomes for target audiences.
  • Own positioning, messaging and supporting land and expand enablement for cross platform capabilities.
  • Support narrative and understanding of the value Kyndryl Bridge delivers through development of customer case studies.
  • Conduct ongoing market intelligence and competitive analysis to ensure Kyndryl Bridge maintains and advances its competitive edge.
  • Possess a strong understanding of relevant technology landscapes and broader market dynamics.
  • Partner with CTO and platform/product teams to influence Kyndryl Bridge roadmap, design and delivery of user experiences, and growth strategy.
  • Lead and align marketing organization to deliver marketing activities that advance the strategy for Kyndryl Bridge.
  • Help define priority market adjacencies that expand Bridge’s relevance and growth potential.
  • Align platform-level GTM programs and initiatives across sales, consult, solutions, marketing and corporate affairs.
  • Ensure consistent storytelling across owned, earned, and partner channels.
  • Support the development of enablement assets for the field.
  • Drive continuous feedback loops with sales, delivery, and solution teams.

Requirements

  • Minimum 10+ years of B2B product, solutions, or platform marketing experience, particularly in cloud, platforms, AIOps, or enterprise IT services.
  • Proven success developing narratives and influencing GTM for complex, multi-service platforms.
  • Experience influencing product strategies and roadmap development through market and customer/user insights.
  • Proven strength in network and relationship management.
  • Exceptional storytelling, executive communication, and cross-functional leadership skills.
  • Proficiency working in global, matrixed organizations.
  • Proven ability to learn and grasp concepts quickly in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proven interpersonal skills while contributing to team effort.
