Pre-Arrival Marketing Coordinator

About the position

Our MountainSide location in Park City, UT is looking for a Pre-Arrival Marketing Coordinator to join their Sales & Marketing team! As a Pre-arrival Marketing Coordinator, you will assist in providing our Owners/guests with experiences and events to make memorable vacation memories, where meaningful moments are made together. We make vacation dreams come true for travelers around the world in a supportive, friendly, and beautiful work environment.

Responsibilities

• Schedules sales presentations and manages customer expectations.
• Provides the highest level of service to exceed budgeted sales presentations and volume production goals.
• Ensures that all Owners and guests attending a sales presentation meet eligibility requirements and are open to learning more about products and services.
• Use persuasive techniques that maximize revenue while maintaining existing guest loyalty.
• Welcome and greet guests; anticipate and address their needs.
• Interact with colleagues and guests professionally and promptly.
• Contribute to team goals.
• Always follow company policies and safety procedures.

Requirements

• Highly motivated with sales or customer service experience.
• Enjoy interacting with guests either in person or by phone.
• Available to work various shifts, holidays, and weekends.
• Concierge and/or sales experience preferred.
• Position may require background and drug screening, in accordance with state and local requirements.
• Ability to reach overhead and below the knees, perform bending, twisting, pulling, and stooping, and be able to stand, sit, or walk for an extended period of time.
