Responsibilities

  • Own and drive the global web strategy for the Workday Marketplace, aligning with business objectives defined in collaboration with Partner, Strategy, Sales, and Marketing teams.
  • Lead the optimization of the Workday Marketplace web experience and digital customer journey.
  • Map and analyze customer journeys across Workday's websites to identify opportunities for seamless integration.
  • Collaborate closely with the UX team to translate strategic insights into innovative and user-centric designs.
  • Establish and utilize robust web analytics and behavioral data to measure the effectiveness of the web experience.
  • Partner strategically with cross-functional teams to develop integrated digital demand generation programs for the Workday Marketplace.
  • Define, track, and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) and key results (KRs).
  • Evangelize and share best practices and key learnings across the Marketplace leadership team.

Requirements

  • 12+ years of digital marketing experience
  • 6+ years of experience in web experience journeys, personalization, SEO, PPC, display, programmatic, social media, email, chat, etc.
  • 2+ years of Marketing experience with an App Marketplace

Nice-to-haves

  • Familiarity with content management systems, analytics tools, project management software, and marketing automation systems.
  • Ability to identify and adapt to changing audience behavior.
  • Shown success in collaborating with multiple matrixed teams.
  • Ability to work and excel in highly matrixed organizations.
  • Excellent verbal, written, and presentation skills.
  • Digital demand generation experience is desirable.
  • Enterprise software and/or B2B experience is a plus.
