We are looking for a Principal Group Product Manager - CoreAI with technical depth, customer empathy, and an abundance of energy. As Principal Group Product Manager - CoreAI for Foundry Agent Service, you will deeply understand customer problems, the rapidly evolving AI landscape and use a data driven approach combined with creativity, curiosity and AI expertise to lead the team and drive product features through design, development, market fit and the relentless pursuit of scale adoption. Responsibilities

  • Drive building world-class AI application stacks that will delight enterprises and developers, delivering proven business results.
  • Own a product area and be responsible for understanding developer needs and behaviors, defining product requirements, managing end-to-end product development, launches and iterations.
  • Find a path to get things done despite roadblocks to get your work into the hands of customers quickly and iteratively.
  • Enjoy working in a fast-paced, customer-first, product development cycle.
  • Translate business goals into strategy, user experience and technical requirements in close collaboration with UX, Data Science, Engineering, AI research, and Product Marketing teams.
  • Define goals and performance indicators, set up and oversee experiments, measure success with data and research.
  • Collaborate effectively and communicate clearly with cross-functional teams, including product managers, designers, and other engineers, to build exceptional consumer-grade applications.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree AND 10+ years experience in product management OR equivalent experience.
  • 6+ years people management experience.
  • Experience leading product teams building products.
  • Experience building/designing AI applications stacks and agents, including use of conversational UX, agent frameworks, and platforms like GPT and Copilot.
  • Technical depth with solutions leveraging generative AI, large language models (LLMs), or cloud services architecture through shipped products or solutions.

Nice-to-haves

  • Track record of success in planning and delivering commercial software as a service (SaaS) or enterprise technology solutions from pitch and envisioning to pilot and adoption.
  • Experience presenting and explaining product and technology topics in-depth to executive and technical audiences.
  • Business development and/or Go To Market-facing experience.
  • Hands-on experience or solid familiarity with the Microsoft technology stack (M365 Copilot extensibility, Copilot Studio, AI agents, Azure OpenAI, Graph Connectors, Microsoft Teams extensibility platform, etc.).
  • Embrace diversity of thoughts and backgrounds and lead others to do the same.
  • Aptitude for analytical thinking, disciplined problem solving, and data analysis skills used to identify the root cause of issues.

Benefits

  • The typical base pay range for this role across the U.S. is USD $163,000 - $296,400 per year.
  • In specific work locations, within the San Francisco Bay area and New York City metropolitan area, the base pay range for this role is USD $220,800 - $331,200 per year.
  • Certain roles may be eligible for benefits and other compensation.
