About the position

As the Product Enablement Lead, Office of CHRO within Workday's Global Revenue Enablement team, you will be at the forefront of driving product enablement for the CHRO persona. Your primary focus will be to build and deploy innovative enablement assets that drive knowledge attainment and skill-building for Workday products that are targeted to the office of the CHRO. One of the primary focuses will be to ensure that our sales teams are extraordinarily equipped to articulate the value of Workday's solutions in a constantly evolving market. You are passionate about applying AI tools and platforms to generate engaging and effective product enablement assets. You have a vision and you are effective at coordinating, designing and delivering on that vision. You bring your passion for learning, sales, and technology to every interaction with your team and your partners.

Responsibilities

  • Design and deliver enablement programs to improve sales team proficiency in Workday products.
  • Measure and analyze the efficiency of enablement initiatives, using data to drive continuous improvement.
  • Collaborate with product marketing, solution consulting, global partner organization, and other collaborators to align on enablement priorities and ensure content accuracy.
  • Optimally communicate enablement initiatives and resources to field engagement managers and sales teams, encouraging adoption and engagement.

Requirements

  • 2+ years experience in using AI tools or other technologies for content creation or learning development.
  • 8+ years experience in sales enablement, product enablement, or a related field, within the enterprise software industry.
