About the position
We are looking for a Principal Product Specialist to join our team and have an impact on sales for our Browser Isolation product. You will become the 'go to' person for sales engineers and account reps. You will also gather requirements from customers and directly work with the product managers to influence the product roadmap. You will help us meet the requirements of our growing customer base and be game changers in the security space. Reporting to the VP, Product Management, you will be responsible for acting as the primary resource for advanced customer interactions beyond standard Systems Engineering support, providing design consultation and best practices for rollout, implementation, and policy conversion during the pre-sales process; leading advanced proof-of-concept testing, and presenting to customers at all levels, from technicians to CIOs, leading demonstrations and positioning our offerings as the best in the marketplace.
Responsibilities
- Acting as the primary resource for advanced customer interactions beyond standard Systems Engineering support.
- Providing design consultation and best practices for rollout, implementation, and policy conversion during the pre-sales process.
- Leading advanced proof-of-concept testing.
- Presenting to customers at all levels, from technicians to CIOs.
- Leading demonstrations and positioning our offerings as the best in the marketplace.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Engineering or other technical fields.
- 8 years of experience as Sales Engineer, Consulting Engineer, SE specialists or Solution Architect.
- Experience delivering products as cloud-based services.
- Working knowledge and hands-on experience in Tier-1 SaaS applications, licensing and entitlement, and analytics products.

- Experience selling enterprise browsers or VDI technology.
- Experience leading, promoting, and selling ideas without authority.
