About the position

We are currently seeking a Product Account Representative to manage client accounts, facilitate product solutions, and serve as a key liaison between customers and our internal teams. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, a client-focused mindset, and the ability to manage multiple accounts efficiently.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned product accounts
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely product delivery and service execution
  • Analyze account performance and generate regular reports for clients and management
  • Identify opportunities for upselling or expanding client solutions
  • Resolve customer concerns promptly and professionally
  • Maintain accurate account records and documentation

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field (preferred)
  • 1–3 years of experience in account management, sales, or customer service
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication abilities
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (especially Excel and PowerPoint)
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team
  • Detail-oriented with a results-driven approach
