About the position
We are looking for an experienced Product Coach to join our team and play a key role in driving product mindset and practices across the organization, focusing on coaching Product Managers and Product Owners, sharing knowledge about the product discovery, development and measurement. Product-oriented mindset and experience with coaching product organization, or product management experience, will be essential in this role. You will be part of the Lean-Agile Center of Excellence (LACE), guiding product leaders, executives, and teams to develop a product mindset and achieve business agility. Your expertise will be instrumental in guiding leaders through change, enhancing collaboration, and driving meaningful business outcomes. Responsibilities
- Provide tailored coaching to Product Managers, leaders, and teams throughout the Product Development Process
- Collaborate with product leaders to create clear strategies and outcome-based plans
- Develop and deliver comprehensive Product Management training programs
- Develop tools, templates, and written guidance to support Product Managers
- Promote a culture of innovation and continuous improvement in product outcomes
- Foster growth and development of Product Managers and Product Owners as coach, mentor, and teacher
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience as a Product Manager and ideally 1+ years in coaching Product Managers
- Deep understanding of Product Management practices, including mindset, values, and tools
- Ability to tailor coaching methods to meet organizational needs
- Experience designing and delivering effective and engaging training
- Focus on outcome – creatively solves problems to ensure goals and objectives are met
- Ability to build relationships with senior leaders to influence and inspire change
- Good understanding of Agile, Scrum, Kanban and SAFe
