Responsibilities
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Product Managers, Engineers, and Researchers to understand user needs and business requirements.
- Conduct user research, usability testing, and gather feedback to inform design decisions and improvements.
- Develop data-rich wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs for new features and enhancements to existing products.
- Create intuitive and visually appealing interfaces that prioritize user experience and accessibility.
- Work closely with Engineering teams to ensure designs are implemented accurately and efficiently.
- Quickly iterate on designs based on user feedback, data analysis, and industry trends.
- Contribute to the design system and ensure consistency across the product.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in design, HCI, or related field from an accredited, not-for-profit University or College.
- 2+ years of experience with product design, human-computer interaction, usability and user interface design, and/or visual design.
- Strong portfolio showcasing end-to-end design projects, including user research, wireframes, prototypes, and final designs.
- Proficiency in design and prototyping tools such as Figma.
- Knowledge of user-centered design principles and user research techniques.
- Proficiency in using and contributing to a design system.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- A track record of commitment to prior employers.

- Portfolio includes work that features lots of data, data visualization and functionality related to workflows.
- Understanding of data visualization principles and tools for representing complex data values in a clear and detailed manner.
- Evidence of strong academic performance in college.
