As a Product Industrialization Engineer, you play a key role in the introduction of new products. You are responsible for the transfer of NPI products from R&D and other innovation hubs to Manufacturing. Your role: Implements process development activities tailored for mid-complexity projects to streamline procedures, enhance efficiencies, and ensure optimal outcomes within project scope. Introduces Design for Lean Manufacturing (DFLM) methodologies into Product Development Lifecycle Management (PDLM) processes, focusing on mid-complexity projects to integrate designs and streamline production workflows. Leads the timely release of Manufacturing Bill of Materials (BOM) and routes Master data, facilitating product specification integration and efficient execution of manufacturing processes. Oversees complex processes to ensure strict adherence to safety, regulatory, and environmental standards, while tackling diverse product industrialization challenges through innovative problem-solving and lean manufacturing principles, and develops and implements process verification/validation protocols (IQ, OQ, PQ) in accordance with QMS requirements. Coordinate prototype runs, pilot runs, production ramp-up, and equipment qualification.
