Develop, maintain, and implement product line strategies/roadmaps and technology plans for our data center cooling products globally. Define and implement the product strategy, and develop cases for new products, features, opportunity sizing, revenue potential, and cost analysis. Lead cross-functional activities to enhance the performance of product lines including revenue growth, margin improvement, cost reduction, quality, and delivery. Conduct voice of the customer (VOC), primary, secondary, and observational research to facilitate the development of product plans, and identification of new products and service opportunities. Develop quantified value propositions to clearly articulate the differentiation of products to customers, channel partners and sales. Work collaboratively with regional marketing, marketing communications, and digital marketing to develop marketing plans to ensure we clearly articulate our value proposition. Support the marketing communications team to develop appropriate collateral support for catalogs, launch kits, competitive alerts, sales communications, instruction sheets, etc.
