Product Manager - HRCC Integration

About the position

We are seeking a Product Manager to focus on 3rd party integrations that will enhance Mimecast’s Human Risk solution. This role is pivotal in ensuring that our product effectively ingests and utilizes data from various external sources to provide comprehensive insights into human risk management. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive the product lifecycle, from conception through to delivery.

Responsibilities

• Define and own the roadmap for 3rd party integrations, ensuring alignment with the overall vision of the Human Risk solution.
• Identify and prioritize integration opportunities that enhance product functionality and customer value.
• Work closely with engineering, data science, and user experience teams to design and implement effective integration solutions.
• Foster strong relationships with external partners to facilitate seamless data exchange.
• Engage regularly with internal and external stakeholders to gather feedback, understand their needs, and translate them into actionable product requirements.
• Present the product roadmap and integration capabilities to customers and partners.
• Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of integrations and monitor their impact on the Human Risk solution.
• Use data-driven insights to inform product decisions and improvements.
• Create and maintain internal and external technical documentation related to integrations.
• Collaborate with marketing and support teams to develop enablement content for sales and partners.
• Lead sprint planning and execution, working with project management teams to communicate project timelines and mitigate risks.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in product management, preferably within a SaaS environment focused on cybersecurity or data protection.
• Strong understanding of data integration processes and technologies.
• Experience with APIs, data pipelines, and third-party data sources is essential.
• Proven ability to leverage data to drive informed product decisions.
• Familiarity with data analysis tools and techniques.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey complex technical concepts to diverse audiences, including customers and executives.
• Ability to lead cross-functional teams and influence stakeholders without direct authority.
• A collaborative mindset that fosters teamwork and innovation.
