Responsibilities
- Collaborate with design and engineering teams to define and refine new features and app enhancements
- Translate business objectives into clear product requirements and user stories
- Document product specifications in Atlassian tools (Jira/Confluence) for implementation and tracking
- Serve as SME to internal teams, partners, and customers for product scope and capabilities
- Ensure product designs align with technical architecture and business needs
- Work cross-functionally with client facing to prepare go-to-market and internal training
- Support pre-sales activity through training and active engagement with existing and prospective customers
Requirements
- 5–7 years of product management or business analysis experience
- Proven track record in growing revenue assets through collaboration with sales and go-to-market teams
- Excellent written and verbal communication; comfortable in presenting to senior leadership
- Strong analytical skills; able to translate metrics into insights and action
- Comfortable with technical discussions and trade-offs in product decisions
- Highly organized; proven ability to manage multiple priorities
- Experience in fast-paced, agile environments with a strong sense of ownership
Nice-to-haves
- Previous telecommunications experience
- Technical aptitude in API and user interface development
