About the position

As a product manager for Freewheel’s identity products, you’ll be responsible for the end-to-end design and implementation of features for the Freewheel Identity Network across both the buy and sell side. In addition to gathering requirements, designing features, and maintaining accurate roadmaps, this role is responsible for aligning dependencies with adjacent product organizations and works closely with product marketing, finance, legal, sales, and services teams to ensure the successful launch and adoption of features for Freewheel’s identity products.

Responsibilities

  • Perform competitive analyses, conduct market research in partnership with product marketing, and interrogate customer problems to help define our overall identity strategy.
  • Serve as a subject matter expert in the identity space, working with customers, vendors (DMPs, CDPs, identity resolution providers), and internal teams to enhance product capabilities.
  • Represent Freewheel’s identity products to internal and external stakeholders, anchoring on customer use cases in the broader media ecosystem.
  • Design technical identity onboarding specifications, and help shape the overall technical flows for how various third party (CTV IDs, MAIDs, Cookies) and first party identifiers are utilized in ad decisioning.
  • Participate in strategic planning for enhancements to Freewheel's Identity Network and maintain a product roadmap that clearly articulates where our products are heading.
  • Concise communication and/or presentation of trends, product requirements, opportunities, and risks for identity product features.
  • Conduct feasibility assessments, capability gap analyses (i.e., what is wanted vs. what is attainable) and prioritize implementation with a bias toward revenue and usage.
  • Synthesize all aspects of product features/capabilities for successful release, coordinating across several internal teams including design, engineering, sales, marketing, services, legal, etc.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree (Required)
  • 7-10 Years of relevant work experience in product management or related fields.
