Responsibilities

• Drive Product Vision: Define and execute the roadmap for end-user experiences within our Warfighter Systems domain.
• Cross-Disciplinary Collaboration: Serve as the conduit between designers, engineers, and end users to translate needs into actionable software requirements.
• Agile Development: Lead iterative development cycles for demo applications, incorporating continuous user feedback to refine screen management, navigation, and overall user flow.
• User Experience Focus: Leverage your strong UX background to ensure intuitive interface design and seamless user journeys.
• Stakeholder Engagement: Work closely with design teams (including providing input in Figma/storyboarding), and execute clear communication across technical and non-technical teams.

Requirements

• 3-5 years in consumer application technology product management.
• Strong background in UI principles and design with a keen understanding of user journeys and navigation through consumer applications.
• Ability to effectively 'translate' customer needs and strategic goals into clear, actionable design principles, ensuring smooth collaboration with design teams.
• Appreciates the nuances of design, from visual hierarchy to user experience, to ensure product decisions are aligned with best practices in usability and aesthetics.
• Proven experience working in an agile setting with demo apps, rapid prototyping, and iterative feedback.
• Ability to effectively articulate technical requirements and design concepts between engineers, designers, and end users.

Nice-to-haves

• Exposure to developing or managing game experiences, ideally multi-player online games.
• Hands-on experience with design and Figma skills that enhance the product conceptualization process.
